- Deliver architecturally designed renovations, extensions and new build homes.
- Project values range from $1m up to $5m.
- Projects based in the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs (Glebe, Marrickville, Paddington, Bellevue Hill etc.)
About The Role
- Foreman / Site Manager to deliver high-end renovation and extension projects.
- Will work closely with the Project Manager and Construction Manager.
- Busy business who can offer progression to Project Manager level for the right applicant.
- Start date in December or January.
- Salary between $120,000 and $140,000 plus super.
Duties
- Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
- Scheduling trades.
- Ordering materials.
- Site management of trades and staff.
- Quality assurance.
- Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
- Site progress reports.
- Site inductions, toolbox talks and site WH&S.
Skills & Experience
- Trade qualified carpentry background – Certificate III Carpentry
- At least 2 years’ experience at Site Foreman level.
- The builder is also interested in Leading Hand Carpenters who are looking to step up into a Foreman / Supervisor level role.
- Demonstrated experience of delivering high-end luxury home builds from start to finish.
