About the Role:
As an Investment Associate, you’ll support end-to-end investment and M&A activities across renewable energy projects and platforms. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to assess opportunities, build models, coordinate due diligence and prepare investment papers. Perfect for someone commercially minded, analytically sharp and looking to build a long-term career in renewable energy investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for solar, wind and BESS assets.
- Support commercial analysis, valuations and screening of new opportunities.
- Prepare investment papers, board materials and presentation packs.
- Coordinate due diligence across technical, legal, regulatory and finance streams.
- Contribute to transaction documents (term sheets, NDAs, SPA/JV agreements).
- Conduct market research and track regulatory and industry developments.
- Maintain a live pipeline of opportunities and support early-stage sourcing.
- Build strong relationships with developers, advisors and partners.
- Assist with post-acquisition integration and asset performance tracking.
- 2–6 years in investment analysis, M&A, corporate/project finance or commercial roles.
- Strong financial modelling capability, ideally in energy or infrastructure.
- Exposure to transactions, valuations and due diligence is highly regarded.
- Solid grasp of corporate finance and commercial drivers.
- Clear communicator with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in renewables and the energy transition.
