We are seeking an experienced WHS Advisor to join a leading renewable energy construction project in Western Australia. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the safe delivery of a large-scale infrastructure project, working alongside civil and construction teams in a dynamic environment.

- Provide day-to-day WHS support across civil and construction works on-site
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with WHS legislation and project requirements
- Review and develop SWMS, JSEAs, and other contractor safety documentation
- Support toolbox talks, pre-start meetings, and HSE committee activities
- Assist in incident investigations, reporting, and corrective action follow-up
- Build strong working relationships with contractors, supervisors, and client representatives to foster a positive safety culture
- Minimum Certificate IV in WHS (Diploma highly regarded)
- Minimum 5 years experience in WHS
- Proven WHS experience within major infrastructure
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
