Account Manager - Fire Protection Services
Location: Ryde
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 + Package

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our expanding fire protection services team. Our company delivers service, inspection, and testing contracts for a diverse portfolio of clients across commercial, retail, etc... In this role, you will manage key client accounts, support contract delivery, and help maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering outstanding service and support.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across various sectors.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to assess service performance and discuss future needs.
Contract & Service Oversight
  • Oversee the delivery of inspection, testing, and maintenance services in line with contract requirements.
  • Work closely with General Manager and engineering teams to ensure timely and compliant service delivery.
  • Manage contract renewals, variations, proposals, and service plans.
Commercial & Performance Focus
  • Monitor service performance, KPIs, and contract profitability.
  • Prepare quotations, service reports, and commercial summaries.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services to support client compliance and business needs.
Issue Resolution & Support
  • Manage escalations and service queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate internally to resolve operational challenges and maintain account health.
Key Requirements
  • Experience in an Account Manager or client-facing role within fire protection
  • Understanding of fire protection systems (fire alarms, extinguishers, sprinklers, emergency lighting) is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage and grow client accounts.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
