They are currently looking for multiple Site managers to run commercial fit out and D&C projects of over $10m across Sydney.
Duties
- Engage with Sub-Contractors and Stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and Procurement of all Major equipment and materials.
- Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Liaise with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Complete toolbox talks, Site meetings and site walks.
- Safety checks/audits, PPE, uniforms, compliance to SWMS's.
- Proven experience in a similar Electrical Site Management role within the Commercial D&C sector.
- Licensed Electrician (NSW) with solid technical understanding of commercial systems.
- Have a good understanding of fit out and Design & Construct Projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced service environment
- Sound financial acumen and understanding of P&L management
- A commitment to safety and quality at all levels.
