Site Supervisor – Childcare Centre Project (Western Sydney)

8-Month Contract | $3M Project | Immediate Start
I’m working with a reputable builder who is kicking off a new childcare centre project in Western Sydney and is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations. This is an 8-month contract role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently manage trades, safety, and program on a live, detailed build.

The Project:
• Ground-up childcare centre build
• Project value approx. $3M
• Western Sydney location
• Strong pipeline of ongoing work available for the right person

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate all trades on site
• Maintain safety, site cleanliness, and compliance
• Ensure works are delivered to program and quality standards
• Manage subcontractors, deliveries, and daily site documentation
• Liaise with the Project Manager and client as required
• Weekly reporting and updates on progress, risks, and milestones

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager on childcare, education, or similar commercial projects
• Strong understanding of WHS requirements
• Ability to drive program and maintain quality
• Clear communication and strong stakeholder management
• Capable of running a site autonomously
