You’ll oversee multiple live projects across the commercial sector — guiding strategy from pre-construction through to handover; influencing design, methodology, cost outcomes and team performance.

- Experience as Project Director / Construction Manager / Senior PM operating at full project ownership
- Strength in client management, commercial performance and leadership
- Deep knowledge of head contract/subcontract management and procurement
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify risk and protect margin
- Systems experience (Aconex / Procore / Project Centre / MS Project advantageous)
