- Preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, subcontracts, and variations
- Administering subcontractor agreements, payment claims, cost tracking, and project registers
- Managing documentation and maintaining organised digital filing systems (OneDrive)
- Supporting the Project Manager with budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site teams
- Assisting with tender submissions and procurement
- Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness across all documentation and communication
- Contributing to process improvements and providing proactive project support
- 5+ years’ experience in high-end residential or commercial construction
- Project coordination and estimator backgrounds welcome
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to stay across multiple moving parts
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems (OneDrive essential)
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore or similar platforms is highly regarded
- Excellent communicator who builds rapport with clients and teams easily
- Confident, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy, close-knit office environment
- Local industry experience required
