The Opportunity
We are seeking a Building Cadet to join our Fit-Out team. This role offers exposure across the full project lifecycle with rotations through site, estimating and project administration to build strong foundational experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers and Site Managers with daily project coordination
- Review and prepare documentation, drawings, schedules, and compliance records
- Support subcontractor pricing, procurement, and engagement
- Conduct site checks, measure-ups, and inspections under supervision
- Maintain registers, meeting notes, and document control
- Track program progress and provide status updates
- Gain exposure to WHS, QA and building code requirements
- Currently studying Construction Management
- Genuine interest in a long-term career in fit out and interiors
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to Procore, Aconex or EstimateOne is an advantage
