Contract Site Supervisor - Immediate Start - Multiple School Refurbishment Projects Across Sydney

I am working with a well-established builder who require an experienced Site Supervisor for an immediate start on several school refurbishment projects spread across Sydney.

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring work is delivered safely and efficiently within live school environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily site activities and manage subcontractors
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance on live school sites
• Coordinate trades, materials, deliveries, and sequencing
• Manage short-term programs and provide progress updates to the PM
• Assist with handovers, defects, and close out

Requirements
• Previous experience supervising school refurbishments or live environment projects
• Strong WHS understanding and ability to enforce site protocols
• Confident communicator with school staff and onsite reps
• Ability to work autonomously and run fast-paced programs
• Current White Card and relevant tickets
