We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join the delivery team on a landmark $100M luxury apartment development in the Northern Beaches a premium residential project offering an excellent opportunity to oversee a high-profile build from early works through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Leadership – Manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure the project runs safely, efficiently, and to program.
• Quality & Safety – Uphold high standards of workmanship, enforce WHS compliance, and oversee site QA/QC processes.
• Team Coordination – Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, and subcontractors to achieve key milestones and maintain a positive site culture.
• Program Management – Monitor progress, identify issues early, and assist in resolving on-site challenges to keep delivery on track.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
• Proven ability to manage trades, site coordination, and safety on complex builds
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, quality control, and compliance standards
• Experience with Procore, Aconex, or similar systems preferred
