Key responsibilities include:
- Working from the display home to generate and condition leads into sales
- Engaging with potential customers and managing the sales pipeline using an in-house CRM (training provided)
- Building strong relationships with clients and the local community
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets with a typical project value around $800K
- Participating in weekend shifts as required to maximize lead generation
- Representing the company professionally, including wearing a company-provided uniform
- Experience in new home sales role with a well-established home builder
- Intrinsically motivated, hardworking, and driven to succeed
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
