Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all payments.
- Manage supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payment runs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Liaise with project teams and suppliers to resolve queries efficiently.
- Produce and maintain accurate financial records and reports using Jobpac.
- Assist with process improvements and system optimisation where required.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Manager, ideally within the construction or building industry!
- Jobpac system experience is essential - must be confident using it independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
