Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Manager with strong Jobpac expertise? ACRWORLD are excited to be working with a well-established construction company, who are seeking a hands-on professional to step in for a short-term contract to provide crucial support to their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all payments.
• Manage supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payment runs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Liaise with project teams and suppliers to resolve queries efficiently.
• Produce and maintain accurate financial records and reports using Jobpac.
• Assist with process improvements and system optimisation where required.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Manager, ideally within the construction or building industry! 
• Jobpac system experience is essential - must be confident using it independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
