About the role
- Act as the primary HR partner for site-based and operational teams, providing advice on employee relations, workforce planning and performance management
- Process employment contracts, HR documentation, and compliance tasks in alignment with local and corporate policies
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries; escalating complex issues appropriately
- Assist with employee engagement programs, wellbeing initiatives, and professional development efforts
- Maintain HR systems and employee records with accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency
- Help prepare HR reports, data insights, and support continuous process improvements
- 3-5+ years’ experience in HR, coordination, or advisory
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in a hands-on, operational environment (renewable energy, construction, mining or heavy industry preferred)
- Experience across both blue and white-collar personnel
- Organised with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Friendly, proactive, and collaborative with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
