Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Construction & ECI Leadership – Drive early-stage planning, design coordination, and constructability reviews in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Delivery – Oversee all phases of construction including procurement, program management, and delivery to ensure quality, safety, and budget targets are met.
- Team & Stakeholder Management – Lead project teams including Site Managers, Engineers, and Foremen while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Financial & Contract Control – Manage budgets, cost tracking, claims, and contract administration to safeguard commercial outcomes.
- Quality & Safety Assurance – Implement robust QA/QC systems and ensure compliance with WHS legislation and best practice standards.
- Program & Risk Management – Develop and manage project programs, identify potential delays, and proactively mitigate risks across all stages.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects
- Proven capability in high-rise delivery and ECI involvement
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
- Comprehensive understanding of construction sequencing, WHS, and contractual frameworks
- Proficient in construction management software (Procore, Aconex, or similar)

- Attractive $220K–$250K package, commensurate with experience
