ACRWORLD are partnering with a well-established, family-run construction company based in Strathfield to find an Accounts Officer / Office All-Rounder to join their small, supportive team.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the company directors, this position will see you managing a range of accounting and administrative tasks, including:
- Payroll - 12 staff
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Invoice and expense processing
- Bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping (Xero experience ideal)
- Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
- General office administration and support
About You
We're seeking someone who is:
- Experienced in accounts and office administration (construction or trades background advantageous)
- Confident using Xero or similar accounting systems
- Highly organised, accurate, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
- A team player with great communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Flexible part-time hours
- Supportive, easygoing workplace culture
