Position: Mechanical Fitter – Afternoons

Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 + Super

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery to ensure minimal downtime.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter with experience in FMCG/food manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on mechanical ability.
• Ability to work afternoons (roster: e.g., 2pm–10pm) and occasional overtime.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
