This well-established national design & construct firm delivers quality commercial interiors across workplace, retail, hospitality and healthcare. With in-house design, project management and construction teams, they offer true end-to-end project delivery.

THE ROLE

This is a mid-level Interior Designer role with plenty of scope to grow. You’ll be given real project ownership while being supported by a highly respected Senior Interior Designer who’s committed to helping you step up into a senior position.
You'll work across all stages from concept and space planning to finishes, documentation and delivery. Play a key role in shaping the growing Sydney studio.

$85,000 – $100,000 + super (negotiable depending on experience)
Full-time, CBD role with flexibility

Ready to hire now – November start preferred
  
TYPICAL DAY

• Lead the interior design on commercial fitout projects
• Develop concepts, layouts, finishes, and presentation boards
• Produce documentation in Revit
Liaise directly with clients, suppliers and internal teams
• Attend site meetings and ensure design intent is followed through
• Collaborate closely with project managers and construction teams
• Learn directly from a senior interior leader and contribute to a growing studio culture

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture (ESSENTIAL)
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in commercial interiors (ESSENTIAL)
• Have worked in a D&C environment in the past (ESSENTIAL)
• Proficiency in Revit
• Strong concept and documentation skills
• Confident communicator and team player
• Great eye for detail and a practical approach to problem-solving
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (ESSENTIAL)
