THE ROLE
A great opportunity for a Project Architect/Senior Project Architect to step into a leadership role across multiple stages of residential project development. You’ll work directly with clients, consultants and builders, managing detailed documentation and overseeing the project through approvals, tender and construction phases.
To be successful, you must bring a strong working knowledge of ArchiCAD, along with experience delivering complex or bespoke residential or mixed-use projects in Australia. The ideal candidate is someone who understands construction inside-out, has a sharp eye for detail, and enjoys taking ownership of outcomes.
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 + Super (depending on position and experience)
Additional: 9-day fortnight - choose your day to have off
TYPICAL DAY
- Taking responsibility for project delivery from design development through to site
- Preparing high-quality documentation for DA, CC, Tender and Construction
- Collaborating with a supportive and experienced team, including Directors
- Coordinating consultants, resolving issues and managing communication across stakeholders
- Working closely with clients throughout the design and construction journey
- Leading smaller internal teams and mentoring junior staff
- Ensuring the quality and accuracy of all documentation produced

REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years’ experience in architecture, with a focus on project delivery (ESSENTIAL)
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture – Bachelor and Masters
- NSW Registered Architect (PREFFERED)
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD (ESSENTIAL)
- Experience delivering high-end or complex residential / mixed-use projects (ESSENTIAL)
- Excellent construction knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to manage clients, consultants and approval authorities
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects and leading internal teams
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (ESSENTIAL)
