About the Role
Join a high-performing team supporting the development, construction, and operation of Tilt’s renewable energy projects. You’ll play a key role managing landholder agreements, ensuring payments are accurate and timely, and maintaining robust systems that support financial and legal compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support Development and Delivery teams to secure, negotiate and manage land agreements.
- Maintain accurate payment and financial modelling records for project forecasts.
- Liaise with Finance to ensure on-time, accurate landholder and royalty payments.
- Oversee document management systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Uphold company standards for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Degree in Law, Commerce, Finance or related discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience in land or property management within energy, infrastructure or real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with sound understanding of Australian property law.
- Proactive, well-organised and adaptable, with a passion for renewables.
