A well-established organisation in the renewable energy and infrastructure sector is seeking an experienced HRIS Implementation Consultant to support the delivery of an ELMO software rollout.
This role is suited to a professional with prior hands-on experience implementing ELMO modules, who is available for a short-term engagement and can work flexibly for a few hours per week.
Role Overview
Reporting to the internal HR and project leads, and working alongside the ELMO implementation team, your focus will be to support the successful configuration, rollout, and testing of the following modules:
- HR Core
- Payroll
- Rostering / Time & Attendance
- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Performance Management System (PMS)
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on ELMO system functionality and configuration.
- Support internal teams during implementation, UAT, and go-live stages.
- Validate data migration (managed by ELMO).
- Align system setup with HR processes and compliance needs.
- Deliver knowledge transfer and basic system training where required.
- Demonstrated experience in ELMO implementation across multiple modules.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, workflows, and HR compliance (Australia).
- Able to work independently and liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Comfortable with short-term, part-time, or freelance arrangements.
- Available to start immediately or on short notice.
