Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + Super + Schedule B's

The Role
My client a boutique agency based in the CBD of Sydney are adding a Strata/ Community Manager to take ownership of a diverse and premium portfolio of Community Association and BMC schemes across Sydney. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, meetings, and financials while building strong relationships with owners, committees, and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Community Associations and strata schemes, delivering high service levels and ensuring compliance with NSW legislation.
- Build strong relationships with owners, committees, developers, and contractors.
- Coordinate AGMs, EGMs, and committee meetings - preparing budgets, agendas, and minutes.
- Oversee maintenance, insurance, and financial management, working closely with internal support teams.
- Mentor and support Assistant Community Managers to ensure consistent client experience.
- Contribute to process improvement, client retention, and continuous service excellence.
- Minimum requirement of a Strata license
- 3+ years' experience as a Strata or Community Manager with proven portfolio management.
- Strong knowledge of the Strata Schemes Management Act and/or Community Land Management Act.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, compliance, and meeting facilitation.
- Confident communicator with sound judgment, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Motivated, client-focused, and capable of handling large, multi-layered portfolios.
