Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full bid and submission process, from decision to commit through to final delivery.
- Coordinate content for submissions, including written material, technical descriptions, and input from project leaders, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality tenders, EOIs, capability statements, presentations, and other marketing collateral in line with company branding.
- Maintain a submissions register, tracking success rates and providing regular reporting and analytics to leadership.
- Engage and coordinate subconsultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure their contribution meets project requirements.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values and standards in all interactions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the submissions process, sharing best practice examples and innovative approaches.
- Minimum 3–5+ years’ experience coordinating bids and tenders in construction, fitout, architecture, property, or professional services.
- Formal qualification in marketing, business, communications, or construction-related degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and work autonomously.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design and presentation.
- Competent in InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
