About Them
ACRWORLD are partnering with an established and highly regarded construction and town planning consultancy based in the heart of Sydney's CBD. This is a close-knit, passionate team known for delivering quality projects that shape and improve communities and they're now seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join them.

This is a pivotal role within the business and will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and takes pride in creating structure and efficiency behind the scenes.
 
The Opportunity
As the Office Manager, you'll become the backbone of the business, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and providing essential support to the leadership team. Working in a small, collaborative office, you'll have the autonomy to take ownership of processes and play a key part in the company's ongoing success and growth.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the smooth running of daily office operations and procedures
  • Provide executive-level administrative and operational support to the leadership team
  • Manage scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and office coordination
  • Assist with project documentation, compliance requirements, and reporting
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and contractors with professionalism and care
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement new systems as the company grows
About You
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, solutions-focused and confident managing a wide variety of tasks. You'll enjoy working in a smaller team environment where you can make a tangible impact and be trusted as the go-to person for operational support.
 
The ideal candidate will bring:
  • Proven experience in an office management, executive support, or operations role within the property/ town planning or construction industry 
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs before they arise
  • Confident communication skills and a professional, personable approach
  • Tech-savviness and experience with Microsoft Office and modern workplace tools
