A new opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer with hospitality experience to join a national architecture and interiors practice, known for its supportive culture and people-first approach. This role offers the chance to take ownership of projects while contributing to the early stages of a growing Sydney interiors team.

THE ROLE

Working across hospitality, lifestyle, and commercial projects, you’ll lead the design and delivery of hotel, restaurant, and club interiors - from early concept through to handover. You’ll manage timelines, collaborate with consultants, support junior designers, and play a key role in client communication.

This is a new position, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and wants to help shape a team from the ground up.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Leading design and documentation on hospitality interiors
• Managing project programs, budgets, and consultant coordination
• Mentoring junior designers and supporting team collaboration
• Presenting to clients and guiding projects through all stages
• Contributing to quality assurance and design reviews

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• Minimum 7+ years' experience, including 2+ in a senior or project lead role
• Strong experience in hospitality projects - hotels, restaurants, clubs
• Confident managing project delivery, budgets, and client relationships
• Skilled in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Experience in education or commercial sectors is a plus
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident - must be residing in Sydney
