The Opportunity
In this key support role, you will act as the right hand to the Construction Director, enabling them to focus on strategic leadership while you manage the operational and administrative details behind the scenes. You'll be part of a collaborative, passionate team in a business that is building more than just properties,they're building vibrant, connected communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive support including complex diary and inbox management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, board papers and presentations with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Coordinate and follow up on project and leadership initiatives to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Support the Director in strategic planning activities and assist with day-to-day project priorities.
  • Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused working environment and represent the company's values in every interaction.
About You
We're seeking an Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and enjoys being one step ahead. You'll have:
  • Proven experience supporting a senior executive, ideally within construction, property, or a related industry.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising across all levels.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, you anticipate needs before they arise.
