WHS Advisor – Fit Out Projects (Contract Role)

• Up to $70 per hour
• 6 month Contract
• Monday–Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Office is based in Rosebery

We’re seeking a motivated WHS Advisor to support a busy fit-out contractor delivering multiple projects across NSW, with occasional day trips to QLD and VIC. This role is perfect for someone looking to take ownership, gain exposure across a range of projects, and grow their career in health and safety.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing multiple fit-out projects with regular site inspections
• Reviewing and monitoring SWMS and site safety documentation
• Supporting project teams to maintain high safety standards
• Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements across sites

What we’re looking for:

• Ambitious and driven individual, eager to learn and progress
• Minimum of Cert IV in WHS with 3 years experience
• Proactive, with a hands-on approach to safety
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Previous WHS experience in construction or fit-out (preferred)

The offer:

• 6-month contract, with potential to extend
• Competitive pay up to $70 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 40-hour week with occasional interstate day trips
