Our client is a specialist civil contractor with expertise in ground improvement and deep foundation solutions. With a strong pipeline of work and a period of strategic growth across QLD, they are seeking experienced, delivery-focused Project Managers to join their teams in Brisbane.

The Role Reporting directly to senior management, you will lead teams of engineers and supervisors to ensure the safe, on-time and on-budget delivery of projects. You’ll take full accountability for risk, cost, safety, quality, and client relationships across projects typically valued between $500k – $3m, including:

• Heavy foundations
• Marine works
• Bored piles
• CFA piling
• Driven piles

About You To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• 10+ years’ experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a Project Management role
• Proven ability to manage project risk, cost, and delivery on projects valued $10m+
• Prior experience with a piling contractor delivering bored pier, CFA, driven, and/or marine piling projects
• Strong skills in procurement, estimating, bid management, and tendering
• A track record of leading teams to deliver safely and effectively
