About the Role
  • Work across all project stages – concept design to site inspections
  • Deliver hydraulic and fire services solutions on diverse building projects
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specs
  • Utilise industry-standard software for 3D modelling, hydraulic calculations, document management, and project communication to support design accuracy and collaboration
  • Tackle technically interesting and socially impactful projects
  • Learn from experienced engineers with practical, on-site knowledge
  • Build towards technical leadership in a supportive team environment

About the Candidate
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships
  • 1–4 years’ experience in Australian building services consulting
  • Skilled in design and analysis of hydraulic systems: gas, potable/heated/non-potable water, rainwater reuse, drainage, trade waste, fire hydrants, and hose reels
  • Competent in fire protection systems: sprinklers, hydrants, detection, and alarms
  • Solid knowledge of Australian building codes and standards
  • Detail-focused with strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Delivers practical, innovative design solutions
  • Effective communicator and team player, confident in client interactions
  • Software Proficient: AutoCAD and REVIT
  • Potential to grow into a hydraulics leadership role
