About the Role
- Work across all project stages – concept design to site inspections
- Deliver hydraulic and fire services solutions on diverse building projects
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specs
- Utilise industry-standard software for 3D modelling, hydraulic calculations, document management, and project communication to support design accuracy and collaboration
- Tackle technically interesting and socially impactful projects
- Learn from experienced engineers with practical, on-site knowledge
- Build towards technical leadership in a supportive team environment
About the Candidate
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships
- 1–4 years’ experience in Australian building services consulting
- Skilled in design and analysis of hydraulic systems: gas, potable/heated/non-potable water, rainwater reuse, drainage, trade waste, fire hydrants, and hose reels
- Competent in fire protection systems: sprinklers, hydrants, detection, and alarms
- Solid knowledge of Australian building codes and standards
- Detail-focused with strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Delivers practical, innovative design solutions
- Effective communicator and team player, confident in client interactions
- Software Proficient: AutoCAD and REVIT
- Potential to grow into a hydraulics leadership role
