About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Storeman to support operations on a major Wind farm based in regional VIC, near Ararat. This hands-on role is vital in ensuring that materials, tools, and equipment are managed, organised, and delivered to the right place at the right time, helping our project teams work efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Manage and maintain site stores, ensuring accurate stock control and documentation.
- Receive, inspect, and issue tools, equipment, and materials to site teams.
- Deliver parts and consumables to various work areas across the wind farm.
- Assist with logistics coordination, unloading deliveries, and maintaining safe storage practices.
- Keep records up to date in line with company processes and compliance requirements.
- Support the site team with general operational duties as required.
- Previous experience in a storeman, warehouse, logistics, or similar site support role.
- A current driver’s licence (manual preferred); forklift licence highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the team.
- Experience in construction, mining, or renewable energy environments desirable but not essential.
