About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering one of Australia’s landmark renewable projects, ensuring efficient planning, scheduling, and coordination across project activities, on a major Wind farm based in regional VIC, near Ararat.
Duties
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, ensuring alignment with milestones and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver regular project reports, highlighting status, variances, and recovery actions.
- Support cost control, resource planning, and procurement tracking to ensure project efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by implementing best practices in planning, documentation, and reporting.
- Proven experience in project planning or coordination within construction, engineering, or renewable energy sectors.
- Proficient in planning software (primarily SAP) with strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of wind farm or renewable energy projects will be highly regarded.
