Working with a leading WHS consultancy, an opportunity has become available for a Certified Occupational Hygienist (COH) to join their Sydney team in a senior capacity.

This role offers the chance to lead significant projects, mentor consultants, and partner with an established client base across multiple industries.

The role
The position will act as the technical lead on occupational hygiene projects, setting high standards for delivery and supporting best practice across the team. Projects will span sectors such as resources, energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure, offering variety and professional growth.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading occupational hygiene risk assessments and workplace monitoring
• Producing technical reports and practical recommendations for clients
• Providing specialist advice on health hazards and compliance requirements
• Mentoring and developing junior consultants
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business growth

What’s required

• Certified Occupational Hygienist (COH) accreditation with AIOH full membership (or working towards it)
• Proven background in occupational hygiene consulting in NSW
• Strong technical expertise in exposure assessment, health risk evaluation, ventilation assessments, and hazardous substances
• Project management skills with a client-focused approach
• Leadership ability and a genuine passion for mentoring others
