We are seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement Advisor to join a dynamic Global Sourcing team. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver sourcing and contracting excellence across a diverse range of indirect categories, contributing directly to cost optimisation and long-term value creation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in social procurement. Familiarity with Supply Nation is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

Lead sourcing projects across multiple indirect categories such as consulting, training, engineering services, audits, travel, and facilities management.
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with both local and international suppliers, ensuring best value and risk mitigation.
Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, proactively identifying needs and aligning procurement strategies with business objectives.
Manage the end-to-end sourcing process including supplier scouting, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract finalisation.
Support contract implementation and collaborate with the Tactical Procurement team on operational purchasing tasks.
Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and internal processes (OPEX, Sourcing Board).
Drive cost savings and efficiencies through innovation, TCO analysis, supplier consolidation, and process improvements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing processes, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
5 to 7 years’ experience with focus in procurement or sourcing, preferably across indirect categories.
Strong contract negotiation skills and sound understanding of legal principles.
Skilled communicator, with strong analytical capabilities.
Hands-on, autonomous, and adaptable to working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, and social procurement.
