About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Contracts Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the construction phase of renewable energy projects. This position involves managing the full scope of contract administration, including variations, extensions of time (EOTs), and claims. Acting as a trusted commercial advisor, you will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive timely resolution of issues and keep projects on track.
Responsibilities:
- Lead contracts on large-scale renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance, risk management, and smooth delivery.
- Keep projects on track with strong contract admin, reporting, and governance processes.
- Build productive contractor relationships, resolving issues quickly while protecting commercial outcomes.
- Champion safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement across all project phases.
- Proven experience managing EOTs, variations, and contractual claims in complex construction projects.
- Strong negotiation and risk assessment skills.
- Strong working knowledge of renewable project contracts from EPC to suppliers agreements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of contract law, construction contracts, and relevant regulations.
