With project values typically ranging between $100m–$300m and a healthy pipeline of upcoming work, the business has built a reputation for quality, innovation, and reliability across some of Sydney’s most recognisable projects.
Due to recent project wins, they are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their team on a landmark development in Sydney.
Your New Role
Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with senior leaders, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of the project, taking on responsibilities including:
- Design implementation and management
- Short-term and long-term programming
- Assisting with preparation of construction budgets and reports
- Project execution, quality control, WHS management, planning, and contract administration
- Coordination and management of subcontractors on-site
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, clients, and stakeholders
- Managing site variations and design changes
- Degree qualified in Engineering or Construction Management
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within a head contractor environment (Tier 1–3)
- Strong background in residential and mixed-use developments, ideally $100m+
- Solid knowledge of subcontractors, structures, and finishes
- Experience with quality management and WHS systems
- Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to drive delivery and achieve program and budget targets
