We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Development Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in leading the development of our wind energy portfolio. You will drive projects from early-stage development through to Final Investment Decision (FID) and Financial Close (FC), ensuring delivery of commercially viable, sustainable projects that support both our business goals and the communities we serve.

About You:

• Proven experience in renewable energy development, preferably in wind projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and track record of taking projects to FID/FC.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple workstreams and regulatory requirements.
• A passion for delivering projects that support local communities and drive the clean energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of wind projects from site identification through to financial close.
• Secure approvals, permits, and land agreements to support project advancement.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Prepare investment cases and secure internal and external approvals for FID and FC.
• Build and mentor a high-performing development team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
