Your New Role
As a Contract Administrator, you’ll play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from procurement through to completion. You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers and site teams to ensure financials, compliance, and documentation are all delivered accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities:
- Full contract administration across head contracts and subcontracts
- Preparing scopes, tendering and letting trades, negotiating and finalising agreements
- Monitoring budgets, cost forecasts, and variations with accuracy
- Managing progress claims, subcontractor payments, and financial documentation
- Supporting compliance and reporting requirements across the delivery team
- Building strong relationships with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator with a commercial or residential builder
- Strong knowledge of contracts, variations, procurement, and project financials
- Familiarity with systems such as Cheops, Jobpac, Procore or Bluebeam
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and attention to detail
