Your new role
An experienced Estimator is required to join the pre-construction team and play a key role in the tendering and delivery of upcoming projects. You’ll be working closely with senior management and the delivery teams across high-profile residential and government developments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full tender preparation, analysis, and submission
- Reviewing and interpreting drawings, plans, and specifications
- Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility reports
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to obtain and assess pricing
- Managing trade breakdowns and scope reviews to ensure accuracy
- Supporting the pre-construction and project teams through procurement stages
- Proven experience as an Estimator within a head contractor environment
- Strong background across Class 2 residential and/or government-funded projects
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and cost planning
- Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Proficient in industry-standard software and systems
- Strong communication and organisational skills
