The Opportunity:
ACRWORLD are currently partnering with a large, fast-growing, and genuinely progressive construction company to find a high-calibre Safety Administrator to support their Safety Manager and the wider team. This is a pivotal hire and a rare opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-trust, dynamic environment, acting as both a strategic right hand and personal support to a driven, fast paced leader.

About the Role:
This role sits at the very heart of the business within Safety. The Safety Manager is sharp, fast-moving, and deeply committed to both the company’s mission and culture. They need a strong administrator who can seamlessly manage their time, communication, and logistics whether it's preparing for all things safety!
You’ll be a trusted support, sounding board, and logistical expert across a wide range of activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Safety Manager and Safety team.
  • Manage, maintain, and update WHS registers, databases, and document control systems.
  • Track and record inductions, training, licences, and certifications.
  • Assist with the preparation of safety audits, inspections, and compliance reports.
  • Collate incident reports, investigation documents, and corrective action registers.
  • Support the coordination of toolbox talks, pre-starts, and other safety communications.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and safety documentation in line with company policies and SafeWork NSW requirements.
  • Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and head office staff to ensure timely submission of safety paperwork.
  • Assist in producing reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
  • General office administration tasks as required.
 Skills and Experience
  • Strong administration background (essential), ideally within construction, engineering, or professional services.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; PowerPoint desirable).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, approachable, and confident in liaising with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • WHS knowledge or exposure is highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided.
