About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join the team and develop their career in land development and infrastructure design. You will be supported by senior engineers and directors while gaining practical, on-the-job training.
You’ll get involved in:
- Civil and stormwater design using software such as Civil 3D and DRAINS (training provided).
- Assisting with modelling and drafting for subdivision and infrastructure projects.
- Supporting project delivery from concept through to construction.
- Working closely with senior engineers, clients, and local councils.
- Gaining exposure to multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or close to completion).
- A genuine interest in land development and subdivision design.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or DRAINS (advantageous but not essential).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn from senior mentors.
- One-on-one mentorship and training with senior engineers and directors.
- A clear pathway to professional development, including support towards Chartership.
- Exposure to a variety of subdivision and infrastructure projects across the Hunter region.
