About the Company

Our client specializes in delivering high-quality electrical works for renewable energy and balance of plant projects. 

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing commercial and contractual support across multiple renewable energy projects (mainly PV, BESS and some balance of plant). You’ll work closely with the project management and engineering teams, ensuring contracts are administered efficiently, risks are managed effectively and compliance is maintained throughout all phases of project delivery. Renewables experience is preferred although not essential. 

Responsibilities
  • Managing contract correspondence, variations, claims and progress payments
  • Reviewing and negotiating contracts and subcontracts
  • Supporting procurement processes and supplier engagement
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and industry standards
  • Assisting the project team with commercial risk management and reporting
  • Building strong working relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors
Skills & Experience
  • Tertiary qualification
  • Previous experience in Contract Administration within construction, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects.
  • Understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and project delivery frameworks.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
