About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to be based in Darwin (or willing to relocate). This is a multi-site role requiring travel across various projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and promoting a strong safety culture while supporting operational teams to achieve compliance and safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments across multiple projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety systems and procedures in line with company and legislative requirements.
• Provide safety advice, guidance, and support to site teams and contractors.
• Lead incident investigations and report findings, including recommendations for improvement.
• Deliver toolbox talks, training, and awareness sessions to site personnel.
• Monitor compliance with safety legislation and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the safety function.
  
  

To Be Successful:

• 5+ Year experience in a Safety Advisor or similar role, preferably within civil, mining, or multi-site projects.
• Strong understanding of relevant safety legislation, standards, and best practice.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively across sites.
• Qualifications in WHS or relevant safety discipline.
