Role Overview:

As a Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful integration of building services within large-scale projects. Working closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients, you will oversee the coordination and delivery of critical services, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of building services throughout construction projects.
  • Drive collaboration between internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve seamless integration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure services are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality benchmarks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of services professionals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and adopt innovative approaches to project delivery.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance requirements.
  • Provide clear and proactive communication to stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in services management, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
  • Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management systems and digital tools.
