THE ROLE
I’m working with a well-regarded architectural studio of around 10 people, based in Southern Sydney. They’ve built a great name for themselves delivering a mix of custom single homes, dual occupancies, and mid-scale apartment projects - with a strong focus on quality documentation and buildable design.
They’re looking to bring on a Revit Technician who’s confident with construction documentation and keen to work across a variety of project types. You’ll be working closely with senior team members and contributing to projects at different stages - from design development right through to delivery.
Salary $85,000 + Super
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Assisting with documentation for DA, CC and construction stages
- Supporting project teams on both single dwellings and multi-residential work
- Managing Revit models and ensuring drawing sets are clean and accurate
- Applying your understanding of Class 1 & 2 buildings, NCC, and relevant codes

WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR
- Qualification in Architecture or Building Design
- 2+ years of local experience in an Australian architecture practice
- Proficient in Revit, with strong documentation skills
- Experience on residential projects - ideally both houses and apartments
- Understanding of Class 1 & 2 construction and local standards
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
