The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a Contract Administrator to lead contract and commercial management on high-impact industrial and commercial construction projects in Western Sydney.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead Contract Administration: Oversee contracts across project lifecycle—from tender to completion.
- Commercial Tracking: Manage budgets, variations, claims, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors, procurement, and internal teams for seamless project delivery.
- Documentation: Prepare variations, RFIs, progress claims, and maintain contract correspondence.
- Process Improvement: Implement consistent workflows and support structured commercial practices.
- 5+ years’ experience in contract administration within commercial or industrial construction
- Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and budget oversight skills
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a process-driven environment
- No weekends and no excessive hours—work-life balance respected
