The Role
Full-time, office-based role supporting a Project Manager on multiple fit-out projects (up to $3M). Involves contract administration, project coordination, financial tracking, and documentation from start to finish.
Key Duties
- Prepare scopes, POs, and assist with trade letting
- Process claims, variations, and payment schedules
- Maintain compliance and project documentation in Procore
- Coordinate timelines and liaise with stakeholders
- Track budgets and forecasts
- 1–3+ years’ CA or Project Coordinator experience
- Fit-out or commercial interiors background (bank, retail, hospitality ideal)
- Procore / Cheopps / Jobpac experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Established systems, stable pipeline, national clients
