About the Role:
The successful Contract Administrator will need to have Tier 2 systems and processes experience using the following platforms Procore, Cheops.
This is a great opportunity for a CA looking to progress long-term into a Contract Manager or Project Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading tender reviews, managing claims, commercial reporting and subcontractor management
- Liaising closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Manager
- 5- 10+ years experience as a Senior Contract Administrator / CA
- Proven experience in industrial and commercial construction delivering projects worth $20M
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a project team.
- Experience in cost reporting, procurement, and conducting tender reviews.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial structures, pre-cast construction, and façade work.
- Familiarity with software such as Procore, Jobpac or Cheops.
- Local experience in the region is highly preferred
