ACRWORLD is proudly partnering with Everoze for the recruitment of 3 critical roles. Everoze is an employee-owned technical and commercial advisory, specialising in renewables, storage, hydrogen and wider energy flexibility. Originally set up in the UK in 2015, they now operate across the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Singapore and Australia.

About the Role

You will offer technical and commercial consultancy services to solar photovoltaic (PV) projects, Battery Energy Storage System projects and in hybrid projects. You will be advising developers, operators, lenders and investors in the Australian market.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical and commercial due diligence for PV, BESS, and hybrid projects/portfolios.
  • Identify and mitigate risks affecting energy yield, timelines, Capex, and Opex.
  • Assess land, permits, environmental constraints, design, tariffs, grid connection, contracts, and schedules.
  • Perform solar resource and energy modelling using PVSyst and related tools.
  • Monitor construction and operational performance.
  • Deliver bespoke Owner’s Engineer services.
  • Support strategic initiatives and business development to secure new work.
  • Manage multiple projects with internal and external teams.
  • Oversee project budgets and ensure profitability.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:
  • Degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Native/fluent English with Australian work rights.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in solar/storage projects with strong technical knowledge of PV equipment, design, and due diligence processes.
  • Ability to review renewable energy construction/operation contracts and assess commercial impacts of technical risks.
  • Good understanding of Australian solar market requirements (grid, land, permits, environmental, hybrid systems).
  • Strong consultancy skills: adaptable, team-oriented, clear report writing, multitasking, and client relationship building.
  • Willingness to travel and work at a commercial pace.
Desirable:
  • Data analytics or coding skills (Python, Matlab, Java).
  • Experience in storage, hybrid systems, or wind energy.
  • Owner’s engineering, construction monitoring, or asset management experience.
