Key Responsibilities
- Support the negotiation, drafting and review of service contracts and LTSAs
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across sales, legal, finance and service delivery operations
- Assist with pricing structures, commercial risk assessments and contract preparation
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and support contract handover to delivery teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of contract processes and templates
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and external stakeholders
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in contract administration, contract management, commercial support, or legal roles
- Strong understanding of legal and contractual concepts
- Experience in the energy, renewables, utilities or infrastructure sectors is highly preferred
- Proven exposure to service and operations and maintenance agreements/works for power or infrastructure assets
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills
- Degree in Law, Engineering, Business or related field
- $180,000 base salary + superannuation
