We are seeking a Service Contract Manager to support the negotiation and administration of service contracts and long-term service agreements (LTSAs) for large, grid-connected wind farms and renewable energy projects across Australia. This role plays a vital part in ensuring successful commercial outcomes by assisting the sales team and intersecting between legal and commercial to help develop, structure and finalise contracts for the operation and maintenance of renewable energy assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the negotiation, drafting and review of service contracts and LTSAs
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across sales, legal, finance and service delivery operations
• Assist with pricing structures, commercial risk assessments and contract preparation
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and support contract handover to delivery teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of contract processes and templates
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in contract administration, contract management, commercial support, or legal roles
• Strong understanding of legal and contractual concepts
• Experience in the energy, renewables, utilities or infrastructure sectors is highly preferred
• Proven exposure to service and operations and maintenance agreements/works for power or infrastructure assets
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills
• Degree in Law, Engineering, Business or related field
