ACRWORLD are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable construction company that is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team on a part-time temporary basis. This opportunity is for about 6-8 weeks and needs someone who is a Jobpac specialist.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role, working 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday), and ideal for someone with end-to-end AP/AR experience. You'll be supporting the business during a busy period, ensuring the smooth processing of both payables and receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
- Invoice entry, payment runs, and receipting
- Issuing invoices and managing collections
- Bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
- Liaising with suppliers and clients to resolve queries
- Assisting with month-end tasks and reporting
- Must have prior experience using Jobpac (essential)
- Previous experience in a similar AP/AR role
- Strong working knowledge of accounting practices and processes
- Construction industry experience highly regarded
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

- Short-term temp contract 6-8 weeks (Start date 27th August to the 14th of October)
